The Secretariat has prepared a survey to collect information on key indicators of the Programme of Work to enable a review of the effectiveness of the implementation of Article 23 of the Cartagena Protocol.

in the context of the fourth assessment and review of the effectiveness of the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety and the final evaluation of the Strategic Plan for the Cartagena Protocol.

I am pleased to invite Parties to provide the necessary information by responding to the survey
