RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feeds

The RSS buttons below provide news feed URLs that can be used to subscribe to news channels.

To read RSS feeds you need a RSS feed reader that is a piece of software that checks the feeds and lets you read any new information that has been added. There are many different versions of feed readers, some of which are accessed using a browser and others are downloadable applications. All major browsers and many email clients now have built-in feed reading (a comparison of RSS feed readers is available on Wikipedia).

BCH users may subscribe to a variety of RSS based news channels:

The main BCH RSS news channel This channel aggregates all news channels listed below and includes any updates made on the BCH
	BCH and CPB news This feed provides information submitted by Countries, Organizations and other BCH users through the BCH news. It also providesinformation on major activities related to the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety made available by the Secretariat under What's new
	All BCH national records: This feed provides updates on any record officially submitted by a country to the BCH through its National Focal Point. This channel includes the sub-channels listed below
	-	National Contacts: provides updates on new BCH records on National Focal Points, Competent National Authorities and National Biosafety Websites and Databases
	-	Laws and Regulations: provides updates on new BCH records on National Laws, Regulations and Guidelines and Bilateral, Regional and Multilateral Agreements
	-	National Reports: provides updates on new BCH records on National Reports on the Implementation of the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety
	-	Country's Decisions and other Communications: provides updates on new BCH records on Decisions on LMOs under Advance Informed Agreement; Decisions on LMOs for food, for feed or for processing under Article 11; oher decisions & declarations; and risk Assessment reports
	-	Roster of Experts: provides updates on new BCH records on new experts in the roster of biosafety experts and reports of their assignements
	All BCH reference records: This feed provides updates on all non-official records submitted to the BCH by its users. This channel includes the sub-channels listed below
	-	LMOs, Genes or Organisms: provides updates on new BCH records in the LMO, Gene or Organism Registries
	-	Capacity-Building: provides updates on new BCH records on Biosafety Capacity Building Projects; Capacity-Building Opportunities; the Compendium of Academically-Accredited Biosafety Courses; and Capacity-Building Needs and Priorities
	-	International Organizations involved in Biosafety Activities: provides updates on new BCH records in the directory of international organisations involved in activities relevant to implementation of the Biosafety Protocol
	-	The BCH Virtual Library: provides updates on new BCH records in the Biosafety Information Resource Centre (BIRC), the section of the BCH Virtual Library directly managed by the CBD Secretariat
Customized Searches: In addition to the news channels above, BCH users may customize RSS feed updates for any query that is searchable in the BCH. Search the BCH from the Finding information section and click on the RSS icon that appears at the top-right corner of the search output page				available from any search output page
